Services
Cataract Surgery
Our minimally invasive phacoemulsification procedure removes clouded lenses and implants advanced intraocular lenses. Using ultrasound technology, we replace natural lenses with customized options including multifocal, accommodative, and toric lenses to correct vision at multiple distances while addressing astigmatism. The outpatient procedure typically takes less than 20 minutes with rapid visual recovery.
Retina Care
Specialized management of retinal diseases including diabetic retinopathy, macular holes, and retinal detachments. We employ diagnostic tools like optical coherence tomography and fluorescein angiography to guide treatments such as vitrectomy, scleral buckling, and anti-VEGF injections. Our surgeons perform complex retinal repairs using microsurgical techniques in both office and operating room settings.
Glaucoma Treatment
Comprehensive glaucoma care combines early detection through visual field testing and optic nerve imaging with tailored treatment plans. We utilize medicated eye drops, selective laser trabeculoplasty, and surgical interventions like trabeculectomy to control intraocular pressure and prevent optic nerve damage while preserving peripheral vision.
Macular Degeneration
Advanced diagnostics identify dry and wet age-related macular degeneration stages. Treatment protocols include AREDS vitamin therapy for high-risk dry AMD and anti-angiogenic injections for wet AMD. Regular OCT monitoring tracks disease progression while low-vision rehabilitation supports patients with advanced central vision loss.
Dry Eye Therapy
Customized dry eye management addresses aqueous deficiency and evaporative dry eye through comprehensive tear film analysis. Treatment options include prescription anti-inflammatory drops, punctal plugs, thermal lid therapy, and autologous serum eye drops. We identify underlying causes like meibomian gland dysfunction to develop personalized symptom relief strategies.

Was "squeezed in for an emergency". Waited 2 hours to get called from waiting room. Then a other hour in a separate waiting room, then to wait in one of the 3 rooms the doctor uses. Horribly run business.

Dr vora is good. You have a wait time that is ridiculous. Don't go Dr. Perlmutter wears his covid mask below his nose. Incompetent. I'll never go back.

Never going back. The exam room was not cleaned after the patient before me left. I was sitting across from the doorway to the exam room and no staff member went in. Luckily there were sanitizing wipes in the room and I cleaned the equipment and eye drop bottles myself. I told the receptionist at the desk who replied "the staff cleans the rooms after each patient." This DEFINITELY DID NOT happen.
