Western Carolina Eye Associates strives to make it easy for our patients to pay for their medical care by offering secure, online bill payment. Please use the account number listed on your statement as your customer ID. Once completed, you can print a receipt for your records. If you enter a valid email address, you will also receive a confirmation email that notifies you with either a successful receipt or an error message. Daniel Krontz, MD is the owner of Western Carolina Eye Associates and has been a part of the WCEA team for 34 years. Dr. Krontz joined Western Carolina Eye Associates in July of 1987 and has been caring for High Country residents ever since. Dr. Krontz has performed over 15,000 cataract surgeries in the High Country.

Penelope M. Copenhaver, OD joined Western Carolina Eye Associates in 2009. Dr. Copenhaver was raised in New Jersey and also has strong roots in Pennsylvania. She is a graduate of Rutgers with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and received her Doctor of Optometry degree from Pennsylvania College of Optometry.
