The doctors there and receptionist are all very friendly and help you with whatever eye care you need. I have been getting my contacts and glasses here for a long time, and I can say everyone treats you very well, the service is 5/5.

The receptionist at this place is a joke. The staff makes it very difficult to get the correct information regarding any question you have. Do not bother going there if you value your time and your patience.

My initial experience with University Eye in Batavia was very pleasant. It's been a bit of a nightmare ever since! My vision is clouded as if I didn't have the cateract removed at all. Unfortunately I had left cateract removed before the right eye was fully healed. Two days after my left eye surgery I woke up with a black and blue eye, red, swollen and obviously infected. It was a Saturday morning but the office recording said there was an On Call doctor.
I left message saying I was in a state of panic. No one bothered to call me back! Now I've been sitting in office an hour past my appointment time and still have not been seen! Will be hitting the Yellow pages in search of a different eye care place.

The place is a joke, you call because you happen to get something in your eye, realize you had a bill with them, make a appt, then next its a whole diffrent story, the one person i talked with in batavia was a joke
