They use a horrific Lake Anesthesia service from Flossmoor that does not bill as preventative even if the surgeon does. No one tells you this. Be prepared for a big bill on a preventative service that is supposed to be covered by law. Do not get services here.

Took me a couple months to make an appointment. You have to wait until they call you, and you can't always answer when they call you. I finally got an appointment. We had a few more conversations since, and went over my entire medical history. A total of 11 conversations in 4 months. They sent me for a covid test, had me purchase the prep solution. Finally, it's going to happen. Nope. They called me the morning before the procedure to tell me they have to reschedule because we need to do the procedure at the hospital now.
It would be over a month away and would cause me to have to take another day off of work.and another Covid test! I asked why the change. They said because of my BMI. This is information they had FOUR MONTHS prior to the procedure. Nothing with my BMI has changed. I will not be getting this procedure done by them.

Can't get ahold of anyone there. They don't return my calls and I've been out of medicine for months. They'll sure get ahold of you quick if you forget to pay them though.
