I hate this place. Hate it. I had a 4400$ bill from them. I cleared it because they messed up and forgot to add in something with insurance. I had a primary and secondary insurance. Now, out of the the blue, I now have THREE other things from them that I supposedly didn't pay from 2019! Turns out this opened up this month of this year! Like are they just looking to charge us? Looking for way for us to pay? Back in 2019 I had two types of insurances. I don't even remember what I did June 24 2019.

ABSOLUTE TRASH. I had imaging done at rush and they refused to contact my insurance even tho it was provided multiple times. They sent the bill to collections without contacting me and I paid as soon as that happened. Called them and disputed and they apologized for send to collections and stated they would resolve the issue. I ended up PAYING THE 41$ they threw a fit about and have never received another bill from them. Turns out they never closed the account eith collections and never reported that I paid them. I have a derogatory mark on my perfect credit and it's dropped 95 points

My wife had an Ultrasound at Rush Copley and they sent the ultrasound to Valley Imaging to review - we never interacted with them directly. Yet a year later we see a $94 DEROGATORY MARK ON MY WIFE'S CREDIT. and have never received a call, email or letter in the mail. Come to find out they have the wrong address and never tried to contact us. just straight to collections. Called to pay and had to do my best to get it sorted while the line on the other side sounded like a kitchen during rush hour where the menu item of the day was apparently a blender full of nails and a 3rd grade class learning recorder. but the woman on the other end just acted like I was an inconvenience to her. I would say don't do business with these people, but you probably never did to begin with.

Wow, this group is literal trash. I have sent in my insurance information multiple times, as I have been a patient at Rush Copley for many many years, come to find out that I have a "derogatory" status bill that I had NO NOTION of even having a bill in the first place! This "bill" was sent to a debt collector thus I found out this was even an issue when I noticed a drop in my near perfect credit score. Seriously?! I am beyond frustrated. The lack of notice is extremely vexing, not to mention illegal!

Terrible Company. Love Rush but hate that they use this company. They take forever to respond. Rude when you call. You give them insurance info, they don't submit, you don't hear back until collections is calling you. Ridiculous!
