Carlinville Area Hospital is a licensed 25-bed acute care hospital that provides a wide range of inpatient, outpatient and emergency services.
Patients can be admitted to the hospital for medical, surgical or pediatric care. A variety of other services are available to patients on an inpatient and outpatient basis through the Hospital's Cardiopulmonary, Imaging, Laboratory and Rehabilitative Services, including Physical, Occupational, Speech and Aqua therapy, as well as Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehabilitation.

Carlinville Area Hospital's Cardiopulmonary Department offers a wide array of services for both diagnostic and therapeutic reasons. Outpatient services are available Monday - Friday. Our experienced team of therapists are certified or registered in Respiratory Therapy and are licensed as Respiratory Care Practitioners by the State of Illinois.
