Called to cancel appt, receptionist was rude. When I asked why I needed to come in I was told to check my eye pressure. My drops were never called in so I said no need for me to come today. They charge me for seeing opthomoligist and optometrist and I only see optometriswhen I go. I can see optometrist at the Community Health Clinic wI work. work. You also have to wait to long to see someone when you have appts.

Minimal wait to see the doctor and after a thorough exam and discussion a treatment plan was set in motion. Dr. Terpstra is very thorough and took time to explain my situation. I am very pleased with Lake Eye in general and Dr. Terpstra in particular.

Some of the staff rude/unprofessional on the phone. Had an eye exam in Jan.2021 and visions didn't change from previous eye exam 2 years earlier. Called their office because the expiration was only a year after the exam and they wouldn't extend it for second year. Through my life eye exams were always good for two years. I guess they want more money. My family is done with these doctors.
