In 1982, hospital emergency rooms were overcrowded. The ER was the only location people could receive medical care after-business hours. Texas MedClinic- established by renowned emergency physician, Dr. Bernard Swift- was designed to fill a need for urgent medical care in San Antonio and, ultimately, across South Central Texas.
24-Hour Locations

With two 24-hour urgent care San Antonio locations and one 24-hour urgent care location in Selma, we take care of life's little emergencies day and all night. During regular business hours, we treat patients from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. every day, but our three 24-hour clinics are staffed with providers to treat Life's Little Emergencies during the nighttime hours between 11 p.m. and 8 a.m.
