Services
In Vitro Fertilization
Our IVF program utilizes advanced embryology techniques, including ICSI and genetic screening, to maximize pregnancy success rates. Patients benefit from personalized protocols, extended embryo culture, and frozen embryo transfers. With state-of-the-art lab facilities and a focus on minimizing stress, we provide comprehensive support throughout the IVF process, from ovarian stimulation to embryo transfer.
Donor Egg Program
Our donor egg program offers hope to patients with diminished ovarian reserve or advanced maternal age. We provide rigorous donor screening, anonymous and shared donation options, and coordinated cycles to ensure optimal timing. Recipients receive detailed donor profiles and benefit from our expertise in embryo transfer and hormonal preparation for a high chance of successful implantation.
Fertility Preservation
We offer cutting-edge fertility preservation services, including vitrification for egg and embryo freezing. This option is ideal for individuals facing medical treatments that may impact fertility or those wishing to delay childbearing. Our labs experience with thawing and transferring frozen embryos ensures high viability rates and future pregnancy potential.
Genetic Testing
Preimplantation genetic testing (PGT) allows us to identify chromosomally normal embryos before transfer, reducing miscarriage risks and improving live birth rates. Our lab has performed embryo biopsies for over a decade, offering expertise in detecting genetic abnormalities and hereditary conditions.
Tubal Reversal
We specialize in microsurgical tubal reversal procedures to restore fertility after sterilization. This outpatient surgery reconnects the fallopian tubes, enabling natural conception. Candidates undergo a thorough evaluation to ensure optimal chances of success, with post-operative guidance to maximize pregnancy outcomes.

Update (2 years later): DO NOT GO HERE. Doctor Gross should have his license taken away. I just found out last night that another woman was told to go straight to IVF when she was having trouble confirming her second child, that she should not bother trying anything else because her egg reserve was too low/damaged. He told me the SAME but I was lucky enough to change my insurance (again) and go back to my original fertility office where they we kind enough to let me try IUI and we got pregnant on the second round!
My new friend was not so lucky, she didn't get a second opinion and couldn't afford IVF now she worries she's too old to try for a second child! Don't go here! ------ Terrible and disheartening experience with Dr. Gross. Do plenty of research before you let theses people tell you to head straight to ivf or talk you into a host of other unnecessary add ons. I'll definitely be going back to NCFMC, I don't even mind paying out of pocket.

I loved being here in person. Trying to communicate and move embryos has been a nightmare. No one talks to me. I loved them so much for my first beautiful baby but since moving out of state this has been horrible.

I had a tubal ligation reversal here last year: I was really pleased with the treatment, the staff, and the (relative) comfort of the surgery. A year later, I've had several early miscarriages (indicating that the tubal ligation reversal was a success!) I'm eager to have California IVF investigate and to hopefully help me conceive.
