The receptionist is horrible. Hung up on me while I was explaining her something. They should hire someone professional instead of having that animal working for them

Received a bill for a lab work completed by PRL in April, paid by mail in check the next day. They've sent a final notice bill in July, stating that I'll be sent to collections in 30 days for a bill already paid ($7.42 total even!). Called their third party billing company and corporate billing department multiple times, with no resolution.

I wouldn't go there on a Saturday morning when they open at 7. I got there at 7:02, got checked in and waited 45 minutes. Nobody was around to ask what the delay was. Nobody came out and said there may be a wait. After waiting more than 45 minutes a guy came by and said maybe they had to go draw blood somewhere in the hospital. He gave me no indication of how long I may have to wait. I left without a blood draw I really needed to get. I will not go back there. So unprofessional.

I apparently have had a $28 bill and a $7 bill since 2016 ajd a $5.94 and 5.01 bill sice 2018. They had wrong address and wrong phone # and turned me into Chapman Financial Service for collection and never received a bill from them either and it affected my credit score.> Nice when your local credit bureau did not even have it but Credit Karma did. Nice that I live local and cannot find me and then turn it in? Great Company. BS

Very unorganized! They didn't draw my labs under a doctor's order while I was in house for a procedure (labs were a big part of pre and post procedure). I go in the next day when the mistake was caught, for a draw. I get a call saying they needed to redraw because of an insurance issue, but my doctor said that isn't correct there was no issue, so I go back in again. Then another call saying they didn't see orders and I need to come in AGIAN for a 3rd blood draw. Go somewhere more professional, and organized.
