I have been seeing a chiropractor since the early 1980's. While I have had some good chiropractors Dr. Lisa and the whole staff are all exceptional. Dr. Lisa has been able to provide me with a lot of relief and has treated issues that I never even thought a chiropractor dealt with. Everyone is so upbeat and caring. My wife also started seeing Dr. Lisa again with wonderful results. Besides the chiropractic issues Dr. Lisa has been able to help her with the cold laser treatments.

My MD wanted me to see a orthopedic surgeon, thinking I had a rotator cuff tear, I opted for Chiropractic instead. Dr. Lisa was able to help get me full range of motion within weeks, no surgery, no drugs needed. She also found that one hip was slightly higher than my other, found the right shoe lift for me and now I totally forget that my hips used to ache all the time. I feel that the entire staff really cares about me, physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.

I am so glad I decided to try chiropractic care with Dr. Lisa at Tenold Chiropractic as the results have provided relief I haven't felt in many years. After seeing orthopedic and physical rehab doctors and trying physical therapy, acupuncture, and cortisone injections, I was getting minimal relief for neck, shoulder, and back pain. Self care included massage therapy and yoga, which do continue to provide some relief.

Prior to going to Tenold, I was told surgery was a possibility to help with shoulder pain. Thanks to the chiropractic care I am receiving now, I am so very relieved my pain level has been decreasing and mobility increasing. No need for surgery now. I am thankful for the knowledge, treatment, and care I receive from everyone at Tenold Chiropractic.
