I had a very bad experience with another Urology clinic in Eau Claire. Western Urology got me in within 2 days an resolved my emergency very quickly. Thank you Dr. Hirsch and your staff for your fast, 5 star treatment. Dr. Hirsch is a great and very straight forward doctor. I highly recommend Dr. Hirsch!

Extremely poor communication in what to expect in the recovery of the surgery. When I asked questions there were unclear answers. When trying to follow the instructions provided by them they told me to do something different when I called. Terrible patient care.

Requests that you go in for multiple tests that they later tell you, "will not be used". Kept telling me to do other tests because my insurance will just pay for it. They didn't care to fix the issue, wanted the money.

I am VERY impressed with this clinic. The staff is wonderful. My Doctor is the BEST Urologist in the state of Wisconsin. Dr. James Iwakiri has got to be the most intelligent, knowledgeable Urologist I have ever had the pleasure to be a patient of. EVERY Doctor in this clinic is fantastic. If your having any type of urological issues, this the clinic to go to.
