Dental Implants
Dental implants provide permanent tooth replacement solutions that restore function and aesthetics. Our board-certified surgeons use advanced techniques to ensure proper integration with jawbone tissue. Patients benefit from improved chewing ability, speech clarity, and confidence in their smile while avoiding the complications of traditional dentures.
Wisdom Teeth Removal
We specialize in safe, efficient wisdom teeth extraction for patients experiencing impaction or alignment issues. Our team utilizes modern anesthetic options and surgical techniques to minimize discomfort and recovery time. Early intervention prevents potential complications like infections, cyst formation, and adjacent tooth damage while maintaining long-term oral health.
Corrective Jaw Surgery
This procedure addresses functional and aesthetic concerns related to jaw misalignment. Our surgeons correct bite irregularities, improve facial symmetry, and enhance breathing capabilities through precise bone repositioning. Patients experience better chewing efficiency, reduced joint pain, and improved self-confidence through facial harmony restoration.
Bone Grafting
Bone grafting procedures restore adequate jawbone volume for successful dental implant placement. We use autogenous bone or tissue bank materials to rebuild areas affected by resorption or trauma. This technique ensures proper implant support while maintaining facial structure integrity and preventing further bone deterioration.
Hybrid Dentures
Hybrid dentures combine dental implants with fixed prosthetic arches for stable, natural-feeling tooth replacement. This solution eliminates traditional denture instability while preserving jawbone density. Patients enjoy improved chewing capacity, speech clarity, and aesthetics without the need for adhesives or nightly removal.

I was incredibly nervous about a tooth extraction necessary for my orthodontic treatment plan. The staff here made me feeling very comfortable and reassured. The entire procedure was over in mere seconds with virtually no discomfort. I'm so relieved and appreciative of a great experience. I hope to never be here again (of course), but if I needed work I would 100% return.

My original appointment and an urgent follow up were both scheduled quickly and I was seen within days of my request. The staff was friendly and informative to keep me completely updated on my procedures. The procedures themselves were almost completely painless (I felt only the initial shot of novocaine) during the procedure and there was little pain afterwards. I would gladly return for other work as needed and i recommend Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Associates highly.

The staff was very kind and friendly at Oral & Maxillofacial Associates when I went there to have a tooth extracted. I was particularly grateful that I did not have a long wait before the actual extraction was performed. The assistants that attended me prior to the extraction were very attentive and answered any questions I had without hesitation. Dr. Lawler was great. He put me at ease and assured me that the procedure would not be painful except for a tiny pinch as he inserted the Novocain.

And that is exactly as it went. The tooth was extracted in less than a minute and after a few words of how to care for the extraction by Tracy, I was on my way home. I strongly recommend anyone who is in need of an extraction or any other type of surgery provided by this group to take advantage of their services.

Dr. Jacobsen and his staff are amazing. Friendly and efficient receptionist. Competent and personable nursing/assistant staff. They got me right in for a fractured tooth and the doctor carefully explained the treatment plan and quickly worked to begin the extraction and implant process. I had my first implant here a couple of years ago and it worked out great. Many thanks to everyone there who helped me!
