The Doctor was FANTASTIC! 5 stars. The nurse practitioner had terrible bed side manner / really cold, robotic and insulting. Didn't know what Estrogen was? Repeated everything that I wrote down on the paper - why bother writing it down. I actually almost walked out of the office she was so bad but luckily I stayed because the doctor was the exact opposite- very personable, knowledgeable and kind

Everything was just fine and Dr Cook and her staff were very nice and kind. I was called in immediately and everything was right on schedule and was then able to get to see another doctor the very next day.
