Dr Wright maybe be good, but they double and triple book patients! So your appointment is never even close to on time or near, it might be in an hour of two, so pack a lunch!

My experience was great. The surgical center was efficient, Buick and professional. The staff was courteous, caring and understanding. Especially, the pre-op nurse and then the post-op nurse. They were able to calm me and assure me. Well Done. The outcome is better than I could have hoped.

I just had my Right Eye cataract removed by Dr. Kaye. He had done my left eye about 2 years ago. He has done such a wonderful both times and all the Doctors and staff at Tuscon Eyecare were so great and helpful during all the processes. I highly recommend their services.

What a mess. The labyrinth you've go through to get any answers is quite elaborate. After five or six attempts to verify certain aspects of my surgery and visit, I was given conflicting numbers and pass-the-buck responses. I am not pleased with the 'up-sell' feeling and organization in general.

Technician - Not doing the job right. Wonderful staff and doctors. Although it has been frustrating day waiting for the prescription called in to the pharmacy. My eye is getting redder and the pain has increased. The front desk suggested for me not to coming in to get the prescription in person since the technician is busy. I understand how busy everyone gets but had an appointment @8 am schedule urgently then not getting the prescription till 4 pm since she' busy is not acceptable. they should train them better

Dr. Snyder is a phenomenal surgeon. Although busy, he took the time to answer my questions before and after surgery. He showed his genuine interest in my well-being that he called the night of my surgery to verify how I was doing. I recommend him for cataract surgery!
