I have been a patient at NW ENT & Allergies for over 3 years. I have never been treated anything but excellent and the quality of service that they performed (eat wax removal) has been handled privacy and pain free results. Highly recommend

Horrible diagnostics here. Went in with all kinds of ear symptoms from wetness, itchiness, pain, and hearing loss. I've seen them twice over the six months I've been dealing with this. Because my ear looked dry the morning I went in the doctor told me to put drops of oil in my ear. I did a hearing test that showed hearing loss in the impacted ear but apparently that's not a symptom without a baseline test.

Wouldn't take my word for it that I used to hear a lot better out of that ear, really recently. Refused to consider symptoms they couldnt observe. Refused to try to find the root of the problem. Symptoms scream ear or sinus infection and they treated me for dry ear. Complete waste of time and money. Hoping my hearing loss isn't permanent with the time wasted seeing these doctors.

I came in to address tinnitus and my hearing. I had a hearing test followed by a consultation with the doctor. I was so pleased with their one-time schedule, friendliness and thorough explosion of my issues. I highly recommend them!

I always get amazing care here. When I moved back to Oregon last spring, my allergies came back full force. Dr. Nguyen always makes me feel really comfortable, heard, and gives me the knowledge I need to address my allergy symptoms. Thanks to her work, I've been able to greatly reduce sinus symptoms for allergies as well as getting my asthma under control.

I have a lot of empathy for COVID and its impact on care, but 3 MONTHS for an appointment is ghastly. Meanwhile, my ENT at OHSU can get me in a week out. Im trying to seek a second opinion, im in a ton of pain and the idea I can just stew with this for that amount of time is dangerous. I suppose my salivary gland tumor will just have to hang tight I dont like leaving negative feedback, but that wait time is wild, especially considering tele-visits are an option!
