Bone Density Testing (DXA)
Our bone density testing (DXA) measures bone mineral density to assess fracture risk and diagnose osteoporosis. This painless, low-radiation procedure images the spine, hips, and forearm while incorporating advanced VFA and TBS technologies for comprehensive evaluation. Both Charlotte locations offer same-day testing with immediate physician consultation.
Musculoskeletal Ultrasound
This non-invasive imaging technique evaluates joint, tendon, and soft tissue conditions that standard X-rays cannot detect. Our ultrasound services help differentiate inflammatory from degenerative arthritis, monitor treatment response, and avoid radiation exposure. Both locations provide same-day imaging with real-time diagnostic capabilities.
Infusion Therapy
Our dedicated infusion suites administer Remicade, Rituxan, Orencia, and other biologics Monday-Friday from 8 AM-5 PM. Trained nurses provide compassionate care with immediate physician access. 24/7 call coverage ensures continuous support for patients receiving IVIG, Benlysta, or other infusion treatments.
Clinical Research
We offer participation in 12+ active clinical trials for rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, and autoimmune diseases. Our research department evaluates new medications like ESK-001 and Dazodalibep while maintaining IRB oversight for patient safety and ethical standards in all studies.
Injections
We provide corticosteroid and hyaluronate injections for treatment-resistant arthritis, tendonitis, and bursitis. Our physicians determine appropriate candidates after conservative therapies fail, offering both diagnostic and therapeutic injection options at both Charlotte locations.
