The people checking you in and out seem over it and going through the motions but the techs that do the ultrasounds are always friendly and helpful. I only come here because my primary Dr. Refered me but the Dr's here answer all my questions. My only negative is its super hard to get an appointment but I guess it's expected with a specialty clinic.

Dr. Jackson is the best doctor I have ever met! He is very knowledgeable, professional and compassionate. Unlike other doctors, you can tell that he truly cares about his patients and he always takes the time to explain everything and to answer questions. He did my cerclage last year in November and thanks to that I was able to make it to 36 weeks and had a healthy baby. He was always available when I had questions and would always follow up on me because like I stated earlier he really cares for his patients.
I rarely write reviews but this one I definitely feel like I needed to write to recommend Dr. Jackson to any mommy to be that might have a high risk pregnancy. The office personnel is also very proffesional and sweet. The MAs, sonographers, lab tech, monitoring staff and front desk staff were all great. I would definitely recommend this office and I would come back here in the future if needed.

Even though it was so close to their lunch time when I arrived, (less than 3 minutes until they shut down), they weren't upset in the least and still made time for me to get my bloodwork. Miss Parker, their Phlebotomist, was extremely kind and gentle, and gave me one of the best blood drawing experiences I have ever had in my life. Even though they needed a full panel, I wasn't even bruised afterwards. I will definitely be coming back again. Thank you so much!
