We completely adore this clinic. We have been patients of Dr. Giustini for a few years now and have also recently started seeing Dr. Watanabi, and we find both of them to be truly exceptional. They show great empathy, particularly when dealing with my premature baby's health issues and my older son's problems as well. When my premature baby was first born, I visited the clinic for a check-up and Dr. Giustini was very comforting, giving me a big hug as I cried throughout the appointment. Today, my premature baby had an appointment with Dr. Watanabi, who was kind, caring, and thorough in her examination.
As I began to cry, she took care of me too, offering a huge hug and snacks while I fed my baby. Not only do they provide excellent care for my children, but they are also amazingly supportive of the mothers. We highly recommend this clinic, giving it a 10 out of 10 rating, especially praising Dr. Watanabi's exceptional care.

We visited in August for a covid test and I was charged an outrageous amount even though we first called to ask if we could to a test only. We were charged for a new patient visit exam. There was no exam, no assessing my child's health not even barely a word was spoken. We were in and out. During a pandemic when access to testing is one of the major tools we have for public health, it is extortion to add on a crazy expensive exam that didn't happen.
I paid my bill but first told the office manager that I would be writing a review and telling everyone I could because what they are doing is wrong. She offered to split my bill if I would not do a review, but I declined. I think that was also wrong.

Our family loves Westside Pediatrics. Dr. Johnson is a fantastic pediatrician! The advice nurse, Ashley, is quick to get back to you for any problems. My son has some issues (ADHD, anxiety disorder, dyslexia). They were great about getting us referrals. They also know how to handle giving him a vaccine, which he has panic attacks over.

We went here for two months and are now moving on. The doctors here, in my experience tend to be get upset with parents that ask to many questions or ask for other treatment options. When we left from our final visit after we were outside my daughter asked me why Dr. Kempler was so rude to us. Everyone deserves a doctor who will listen to both parents and children.
