Services
Minimally Invasive Spine Surgery
Our fellowship-trained surgeons perform advanced minimally invasive spine procedures through incisions under one inch. This approach reduces tissue damage, shortens hospital stays, and accelerates recovery while maintaining surgical precision. Patients benefit from faster return to daily activities with reduced postoperative pain.
Robotic Spine Surgery
We utilize the Mazor X robotic system for precise spinal implant placement. This technology enables complex corrections through smaller incisions with improved accuracy. The system's 3D planning capabilities enhance surgical outcomes while minimizing radiation exposure during procedures.
Brain Tumor Program
The UNITY Brain Tumor Program combines advanced imaging with specialized operating suites for complete tumor removal. Our neurosurgeons use intraoperative MRI guidance and laser ablation techniques to treat complex tumors while preserving neurological function in critical brain areas.
Cervical Disc Arthroplasty
This innovative procedure replaces damaged cervical discs with artificial ones that maintain natural neck motion. Compared to fusion surgery, it preserves mobility and reduces stress on adjacent spinal levels. Patients typically experience quicker recovery and fewer long-term complications.
Neuroendovascular Surgery
We treat brain aneurysms and vascular malformations using catheter-based techniques through the groin artery. This minimally invasive approach avoids open surgery for conditions like AVMs and certain aneurysms, offering safer alternatives with shorter recovery periods.

Dr. Hubbard performed a minimally invasive microdiscectomy between my L3 and L4 lumbar. My case was such that the disc herniated into a "free fragment", and by the time I had surgery, the fragment had migrated! So Dr. Hubbard had to go 'find' the fragment, and find it he did. I'm very thankful that he was the surgeon who operated on my spine! I highly recommend Dr. Hubbard.

Dr. Hubbard did a 13 hour spine surgery on my husband, for about 15 years my husband was walking completely bent in half, drdvwere we lived told him it could not be fixed We moved to TN and Dr. Hubbard was recommended by a friend. The day after the surgery I walked in my husband's room and he said watch this he was standing up straight and crying. I am amazed at what the doctor was able to do my husband used to be ashamed to walk in front of anyone now he is walking proud. We can not thank him and his team enough for what they did for him.

My husband recently had back surgery at Howell Allen Clinic. I honestly didn't think places like this still existed. Healthcare at its finest. Everyone, I mean Everyone! was on top of their game. From infection prevention, safety, procedure, seeing us in a timely matter, follow up, collaborating. the list goes on! Ever single interaction we had only served to make the experience on me and my husband, especially, that much easier. I hope that anyone considering neurosurgery considers your treatment here. So thankful for our referral to Dr. Oran Aaronson, A very kind, thorough and experienced neurosurgeon.

Dr Oshaunney performed a full back spinal fusion surgery on me in 2020. (T2-Sacrum) The surgery and recovery was brutal, but I would do it all over again, as long as Dr oshaunney was performing it. I am 47yrs old and I truly have my old life back, compared to where I was 2yrs ago before surgery. Dr Oshaunney and his staff were there for me beginning to end, and still there if I need them. He truly cares for his patients and will be honest with you on what he hope to accomplish with surgery.

He exceeded my expectations and I wish I had found him sooner. Prior to surgery, my life consisted of constant pain and I withdrew from family, due to fact I couldn't physically function. I now enjoy old hobbies, family, and I am pain free. They prepared me on what to expect from surgery and recovery and it was hard but the best thing I ever did. If you need a surgeon who handles complex cases, he is your guy.

I owe him so much and would recommend him to anyone. I thanked him from the bottom of my heat at my 18month checkup and he told me the best thanks I could give is to share my story. I will always be grateful for him and his staff

I am a little over a month out from a major back surgery. My surgeon was Dr. Brian O'Shaughnessey. Like most doctors offices there is a wait time, this is not the doctors fault. From my initial contact til today I have received outstanding care. I have had multiple surgeries at multiple different facilities and I can tell you by far this was the best facility.

Not pleased. The wait time was unacceptable. We decided to cancel and leave. Not to mention we had to fill out paperwork twice due to computer problems. He could be a helpful doctor, I don't know. What I do know is I consider my time just as valuable as his.
