Services
Spinal Cord Stimulation
Spinal Cord Stimulation uses electrical impulses to manage chronic pain by interrupting pain signals before they reach the brain. This minimally invasive procedure involves implanting a device that delivers targeted stimulation to the spinal cord. Patients benefit from reduced pain levels, improved mobility, and decreased reliance on pain medications while maintaining control through adjustable therapy settings.
SI Joint Fusion
Minimally invasive SI Joint Fusion treats chronic lower back pain caused by sacroiliac joint dysfunction. Using the iFuse Implant System, this procedure stabilizes the joint with titanium implants to reduce pain and improve function. Patients typically experience faster recovery compared to traditional open surgery while maintaining joint stability and mobility.
Pain Management
Our comprehensive pain management approach combines diagnostic imaging, medication, physical therapy, and minimally invasive procedures to address chronic neck and back pain. We prioritize non-surgical treatments while offering advanced options like epidural injections and nerve blocks to improve patients' quality of life through personalized care plans.
Brain Conditions
We diagnose and treat complex brain conditions including aneurysms, tumors, and vascular malformations. Our neurosurgeons employ advanced imaging technology and minimally invasive techniques to address neurological disorders while focusing on preserving cognitive function and improving long-term patient outcomes through comprehensive treatment strategies.
Nerve Conditions
Specialized treatment for nerve-related conditions affecting the peripheral nervous system, including carpal tunnel syndrome and diabetic neuropathy. We offer diagnostic evaluations and both surgical and non-surgical interventions to relieve nerve compression, restore function, and reduce pain through targeted therapeutic approaches.

I waited over 2 hours to see Dr. Weimar and this was in the morning, there was 2 people ahead of me.and still no doctor. Nobody bothered to come in and say the doctor will be right with you, NOTHING! The lady I spoke with was very rude and I feel like my appointment wasn't that important.

Front office was very professional. Dr Dickerson actually listened to my problems and we are coming up with a plan of action.

This place is horrible! 1 star! They messed up a very serious surgery on me and now my pet snake isn't going to have a very well functioning mother! My spine has never been in worse shape. The staff treats their employees awfully as well.

My last visit was in January 2020. I waited to write a review thinking my thoughts on Dr. Weimar would pass but that's not the case. Thinking about Dr Weimar still makes me mad so I decided to write a review to warn others. Dr. Weimar is a total jerk. Doesn't want to hear what the patient has to say, even though I know my body and how it feels. I had no issue with the rest of the staff. Will not be going back.

Took my father in for a neurologist appointment. We arrived 30 min early (8:40 for a 9:10 appointment). Two hours later, we'd seen a nurse, but no doctor so we inquired on what was taking so long? We were politely informed that the dr was running behind. Seriously, what service or product has this level of disregard for people's time?

I don't know who needs to see this, but I sure hope it helps someone. Dr. Henry and his staff saved my life. I had an L5, S1 injury that put me on my stomach. I couldn't sit at all, and couldn't stand longer than a few minutes, and I was completely immobile. After a fusion on the lumbar, he found a cervical another that required a fusion as well. Both went very well. I am 10 months post op lumbar and 4 months post op cervical and I am so happy with my results. They gave me my life back. We will never be the same again but we can most definitely be the best version of us. Thank you guys. I hope that hearing you saved someone, never gets old.

I came today with my dad for a new patient appointment. The appointment was scheduled for 11:30am we arrived on time with the paperwork for new patients filled out. At our arrival we were met by unpleasant staff, told us to wait in the vehicle due to Covid despite there being several people waiting in the waiting area sitting down. My dad and I went ahead and waited outside in the car. We were told we would be called when the room was ready.

Never gave us an estimated amount of time. We waited 45 minutes in the car. We then were called in, nurse did her intake. At 1:20pm we were still in the room and never saw the doctor. No apology, no ETA on the doctors arrival. We asked for an update and all we were told is that the doctor was running behind. I work in healthcare myself and I understand that things happen. However a patient should be told there could be a long waiting period ahead of time, and also be given updates while we are there for a prolonged amount of time. People have jobs to return to and other responsibilities. Because situations such as these those who are sick choose to defer their care and not get the medical treatment they need.
