Critical: Communication, Professionalism While the medical services are stellar, the booking, and telephone communications personnel and services are dismal, unprepared and at best juvenile, if not unprofessional - and reflect poorly upon the otherwise fine clinical services offered.

Constantly felt pressured and taken advantage of from Doctor Pickens. I liked the employees, I really did! But sometimes if I wasn't sure if I wanted a procedure, I felt taken advantage of and extremely pressured to do it. If I said no, I received rude glances. Once I said I wasn't sure and Dr Pickens said "you are doing it today." I felt like it wasn't very personalized and it was all about money.
It was never a pleasure experience for me. MONEY is all that I felt they wanted from me. I shouldn't feel that under pressure. It's my face, my body, and my decisions. I should have said no but did trust her because I was new to injections. She did Botox and it was so uneven that I had to go get it re-done. She did lip injections to "plump" my lips and the brand she used was actually for wrinkles - wasn't commonly used to plump lips. She could be helpful with dermatology and skin help. But DO NOT go for injections please - you will come out uneven and you will spend a lot of money.

When I first go the Vampire facelift with Juvaderm in both my lips and my face. My lips were so small and results was amazing for about a week. I ended up with a hematoma and now have a mark on my cheek that has yet to go away. There's no volume in either a month and a half later and for some reason I feel that this was a result from our very first visit where things didn't go that well. Me not being new to cosmetic surgery I should have stuck with my first gut feeling to go to back Florida, because these doctors in DC are money hungry and the results terrible.
