They literally request 24 exact hours to cancel an appointment. I called 2 pm for a 11 am appointment with out knowing the policy because we were coming in as new patients. Lily the manager was not able to reschedule because they do not understand medical emergencies my mother in law suffers from diabetes she woke up dizzy and her doctor doesn't have any other opening other the 10 am in Alexandria. Long story short you can't have any emergency if you want to be there patient

Although I primarily visit their Alexandria location, the staff in Herndon are very pleasant and have made my visits just as welcoming. By far the most thorough doctor in the area!

Couldn't ask for a better eye dr. Dr. Elbash is very knowledgeable in his field. He takes his time to explain his exam and answer any concerns. I will definitely recommend my family and friends to his office! Conveniently he has two offices, one in Alexandria and one in Herndon.
