The medical care was great, but the amount they required me to pay ahead of time for my surgery was more than 8 times what I ended up owing, and they have refused to refund the money for 3 months "until 60 days after final insurance payment". It became obvious that this was intentional and a regular occurrence when I called the billing department and they had a category for those calling about refunds.

Fantastic practice! I have been coming here since I was pregnant with my second child in 2018. Dr. Nugent delivered both of my children (2 Cesarean sections) after I had a difficult first pregnancy and C-section at Portsmouth Naval. She is such a thorough MD! Her bedside manner is incredible, she is extremely knowledgeable and she is not afraid to order tests or refer out if there are complications prepartum.

My incision looks great and I cannot be more thankful for two successful surgeries and healthy children. The prenatal care was fabulous in this practice and they will rotate you amongst all providers so that you see all of them prior to the day of delivery. Each provider at this practice is very good and there are numerous specialties available. Dr. Hansen was my primary gynecologist at this clinic and she is fabulous as well. Very knowledgeable and personable and spends her time in the exam room explaining each procedure and exam results. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone!

I've noticed that the nurses here treat me like I'm just another pregnant lady. Every appointment is very vague, in and out, without much information on what to expect, look out for, or with any true answer to my concerns. They said they would submit a culture due to WBC in urine and when I came back later i asked about it and they said there is no culture and that they would "resubmit" it. They clearly have never submitted it in the first place.

A lot of the time when they said they have prescribed me stuff I would go to the CVS and come to find out they have never prescribed me ANYTHING. I feel like they aren't helpful with my situation and anytime I come back every nurse is on a different page and confused on what the last nurse told me. This is my 2nd pregnancy and I have never dealt with an obgyn as unorganized as this.

I have been a patient of vbobgyn for 8+ years. They delivered both of my children. They provide absolutely exceptional care. They have wonderful nursing staff and the providers take their time with you and make sure you are well taken care of. During my most recent pregnancy I was high risk and had to do a lot of nst's to ensure me and baby were healthy, nurse sarah took special care of us and always made my appointments pleasant. Dr.nuggent made a great decision in delivering my baby early.

She made me feel safe during my c section and patiently explained every thing she was doing. Although every provider is amazing here I would like to acknowledge the amazing care of Jamie SUSTAKOSKI, Dr. Kotsko, rosalee Np, and nurse midwife Elizabeth uzzle whom All saw me frequently during my pregnancy and helped me cope with the loss of my father. All of vbobgyn's locations are very clean and updated. I will continue to reccomend their services to family and friends. I would give 10 stars if I could. Great job ladies.

I love this office and the nurses. I have been super anxious this pregnancy and the nurses and staff have been so kind and supportive. They have been able to see me same day or next day if there is a concern and I need to come in. Additionally, they check the portal messages and always get back to me same day. I have never been to an obgyn that has been so supportive, on top of things and caring as this one. My family just moved to the area a few months ago and I am so thankful to have found this practice.

Dr. Natalie Randolph is an amazing physician and person. I had a situation that was so difficult to diagnose that it left me feeling falsely labeled, misunderstood, and simply given up on. My search for answers was very difficult. Dr. Randolph sincerely listened to me, did what she could to help me the best she could, and eventually performed surgery that not only found the problem but has left me pain-free ever since.

She truly gave me my life back. She is an amazing doctor, skilled surgeon, and overall, beautiful person. Her patients are very lucky to have her as their physician and I highly recommend her, especially if you want a compassionate doctor who makes you feel seen and heard.

New to the area and 5 weeks pregnant, I tried to make an appointment here within days of my first positive pregnancy test. Despite me having horrible symptoms and barely able to eat, the earliest they could schedule me was 12 weeks - I would have to go through my entire first trimester alone. Called another practice and got an appointment in a reasonable and normal for standard of care time range (at 8 weeks, a whole month earlier)
