Tampa General Hospital patients will receive care from Tampa General Hospital and many of its affiliated providers. Because of this, patients will receive bills from a number of different providers for the various services provided.

To help prevent health care errors, patients are urged to "SPEAK UP." Pay attention to the care you are receiving.
Medical Records

You will now be able to see results as soon as they are available, as well as complete access to your clinical notes. This includes documentation related to your office visits, hospital visits, and procedures. To request medical records, please call 813-844-7533. Calls will be answered Monday through Friday between 9 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
