Biology and science have fascinated me since ninth grade. That, coupled with the influence of my father (an internal medicine physician and a founding member of this medical group), inspired me to become a physician. I enjoy the relationships I build with patients and the wide variety of problems that I deal with, knowing that every day I am helping people both feel better immediately and stay healthy for the long-term.

Patients, young and old, and their stories inspire me in my adventure of medicine and it gives me strength. Each patient interaction pushes me to improve and better myself. Rheumatology is an ever-evolving field, and I hope to always keep learning. Originally from New Jersey, Dr. Chaudhary decided he wanted to be a doctor in high school.

I love medicine and can't imagine doing anything else. I like the challenge of taking care of immediate medical needs while at the same time keeping my patients healthy for the rest of their lives. I believe it gives me an opportunity to treat the whole patient and really customize a plan that works well for them and delivers the highest medical care possible. I'm originally from Drexel, which is near Morganton, North Carolina. I was not the child that knew from a young age that I wanted to be a doctor.
