The best experience Ive had at an eye appointment. The Drs were awesome!!! The front desk ladies provided exceptional customer service, they were patient, friendly, & very professional. I was sent over to LensCrafters to pick my frames for my Rx & Peter was absolutely AMAZING! I love this place!!!!

This office front desk are welcoming and had me back for my appointment in a timely manner. The doctor I had was Dr Jones which he showed my pictures of my eye exam and explained my vision then went over my concerns with contacts. After I tried on my contacts he then examined the sample contacts on my eyes. The lady that helped me with my contacts was also helpful and has great customer service. I will return here for my year eye exam.

Dr. Jones is always so kind and patient. Lindsay, at the front dest, was especially helpful with my son who is in a wheelchair. She was careful to address him as the patient rather than going through me. She also made sure he was carefully transferred to the examination chair. I really appreciate the extra attention to detail and dignity.

A tight waiting room that was a lil hard to maneuver as I'm in a wheelchair BUT after getting the first rounds of tests done , the receptionist in the back told me i can wait in her lil office which was nice. Both optometrists in this practice are very professional and efficent. Just maybe a bigger office in the future.

Dr. John Jones saved the 3 stars I wasnt going to leave. Front desk woman was cold and rude and very unprofessional .The young lady who does the pre exam needs lessons in courtesy and professionalism. The young man who checked me out was courteous. Dr Jones would be my ONLY reason to visit again if I had to. Im a customer service representative and would be happy to assist in lessons to get your business flooded with return business and good reviews.
