Sent a check over a month ago for a ca. 19 dollar charge. Got a debt collection letter today. I expect my check to be refunded, since I paid online. Also, you need to have an option to leave a voicemail for your medical billing. Completely unprofessional to not have one.

The worst company in the history of Eugene. They will send you bills, refuse to even send the information to insurance and call you daily and harass you to pay a bill that would be 100% covered by insurance if they just sent it to them. When you call in the associates will barely be able to speak English or understand it. Extreme fraud company you are forced to use by going to the hospital.
