Negative Terrible service! Don't go there. When I started my treatment, Dr Herbert didn't speak a word to me nor introduce himself. He poked me harshly and silently with the internal ultrasound device until I asked him why are you here? he said I was just checking if you have cancer, which you don't and then left. Needless to say my first egg freezing procedure failed because of their lack of professionalism and support. Dr Ryan had to terminate my procedure in the middle, wasted $3500 and time.
The only working person was the financial advisor who calls me to pay. But when you asked her for financial aid advice, she says it's your problem. She was more like a collections agent. Also after the first failed procedure, she was the only one that called me back to asked me to try a second procedure, and pay again. I never heard from any doctors or nurses. Hence I ended up using another facility center with amazing service and the same price. I successful froze 9 eggs on the first try.

This review is long overdue and its for Dr. Carolyn Givens and the amazing staff at Pacific Fertility Center. We've been on our IVF journey for many years and Dr. Givens & Team have been there for us every step of the way. We just passed our 1st trimester and hope to have a new addition to the family soon. PFC is amazing! They definitely know what they're doing, very responsive, efficient, caring, personable, compassionate, understanding into guiding you into success.

We had a great experience with Dr. Givens and PFC. They were professional and warm, the offices are beautiful and easy to get to. We had one unsuccessful round of IVF and they were very comforting and a successful pregnancy and delivery. I definitely recommend them!

Please save your time save your money save your body from the physicians to the people in the front Desk to all the coordinators everybody that works at this place it's very unprofessional they are after your money that's all they care about is your money they don't care about you after dealing with them for six months I am still not pregnant after all the money I've spent I am still not pregnant and I am very healthy I'm young and I never had a problem with fertility please save your money! This is the worst place ever they are fraud and they just want your money

We had an extremely good experience working with Dr. Chenette and PFC's nurses and staff. They were kind and helpful. The actual egg retrieval surgery was by far the most comfortable I've ever had, right down to the warm blankets and comforting words from the nurses. Dr. Chenette has done this procedure so many times that he is a true expert. As a result, I had a very swift recovery (fine the next day.) The billing department also handled the itemized receipts promptly. I highly recommend this clinic.
