1 this place is gross for the dental part. NO ONE washed their hands the whole time. Surgery is going on not even 6 feet apart from the other person and the one getting surgery doesn't even get privacy. The fact that the staff didn't even introduce themselves either is irritating.

Can't say that I'd recommend this health care facility for anything. They are inattentive, miscommunicate doctor's orders and never answer messages sent on their portal - which by the way, is the form of communication they instructed they prefer. Find better care elsewhere.

I am always disappointed with the staff. I like my doctor but I'm considering moving to another clinic. The front desk constantly send the phones to the answering service at random times during business hours and if you do leave a message no one will get back to you. I've had several tele health appointment that I've missed because I needed a new link to the appointment but couldn't get ahold of the front desk.
I have spent days waiting for scripts and calling everyday but one will actually send it. The staff has no follow through, if you ask for a call back or leave a message they will not get back to you.

I've read reviews, and every time I have an appointment I am greeted with smiles and respect. And the ladies at check in desk call me by my name. When I wait in line and get to counter I make sure I give them name, date of birth, address, and phone number, and whom I'm there to see and time of appointment. And things flow easily. I'm checked in and asked to take a seat. People come in with attitude, and think there better than the people waiting. Dr Aguirre is a wonderful Doctor and is always on point with me and my family.
Be on time and make things easier or if your running late give acall. There at this place to help you. Stop with the attitude and relax. Casey is the Doctor to see. Wounderful person And if people attend to there children and respect and put things back there should be no problems. It's your choice or go elsewhere. Give a little get more back.
