Authorization from your insurance provider is necessary for most tests and all surgical procedures. To obtain authorization, our staff will contact your insurance company and make a formal request. This process takes time and we ask for your patience. We request authorization within 3 working days following your appointment for routine requests and immediately for emergent requests.

Meet Dr. Besh

Basil R. Besh, M.D., is board-certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery. He specializes in Hand, Wrist, and Elbow conditions, and is one of the few hand surgeons in Silicon Valley that has the Subspecialty Certificate in Surgery of the Hand. Dr. Besh has over 15 years of experience focused on orthopedic hand conditions.

Joshua Ramos, OTR/L, CEAS, is a Registered, Licensed Occupational Therapist and Hand Therapist. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Science in 2012, and a Master of Science degree in Occupational Therapy in 2013, both from the Dominican University of California.
