We have been Puri Pediatrics patients for the last 16 years, since my son was born. They were referred to us. Dr. Puri and team have changed our son's life, both medically and personally. He has not only learnt to cope with his illnesses well but has also become a well rounded teenager. They have a state-of-the-art infrastructure in place (for appointments, follow ups, vaccine reminders etc), with very caring and professional staff. Dr. Puri and her team is a family for us now, as we consult with them for any medical and non-medical help for our son. Dr. Puri is a very passionate pediatrician, who loves to keep updated with latest skills/knowledge and tirelessly works towards delivering the best for her patients. She and her team have been a blessing for our son. Would highly recommend her. Bless Puri Pediatrics!

We have been taking our kids to Dr. Veena Puri's office since they were born. She is an excellent doctor. She has an excellent staff too-Jennifer, Bethani and Mayra are very helpful. The office is clean and well organized. We highly recommend.'

Excessive billing, shady business practices. They book appointments for you several months in advance, don't send any reminders, and then bill you for not showing up. They call 5 min after the supposed appointment time to tell you missed and that you cannot come now. Shady business practices! Flu Shots are free in my insurance, but they force you to pay for "Dr Visit" even though you do not need to talk to the doctor. On top of everything, the staff is rude. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS.

Some of the doctors are very knowledgeable and great with patients, but some of them say things that can increase a kids insecurities, which is completely unnecessary and rude, especially for a doctor. The staff doesn't do a great job of explaining things, and puts patients records in storage without informing anyone, and then charges you money to get them back out of storage, this has happened at least twice, and neither time we we aware the records were being sealed.
