Worst doctors appointment I have ever experienced. He did nothing but try to sell me things and the office was a mess and none of his equipment worked properly. Never going back.

I fractured and dislocated my big toe pretty badly this summer. Dr. Pearl was able to do a closed reduction to reset the joint so I wouldn't need surgery. He's been awesome through all of my follow up appointments and his staff are super nice and easy to work with.

I went to Arlington Foot and Ankle to have a bump on my foot checked out and ended up needing surgery. Dr. Pearl and his staff did a great job and were always great about getting me in. Dr. Pearl really cares about his patients and provides great treatment. His office is a little dated and appears unorganized, but don't let that throw you off. I ended up having to go in for about 5 different appointments and never had a negative experience. His office staff were always super nice and he did a great job. I will be back for any foot related issues in the future!

Dr Pearl has provided great care for my teenage son over the years. My son plays competitive travel soccer and has had several foot issues - callouses, blisters, and ingrown nails. Dr Pearl has been able to treat him on short notice and in a way that is sensitive to his desire to get back on the pitch as soon as possible. He listens and is very patient, and also counsels him on preventive care and gear, which has been really valuable. His office staff is great too - very friendly and easy to work with. Highly recommend for your athlete

Recently, I was researching some alternative treatment options for an old heel injury that had flared up while teaching a yoga class. I have tried ART and Graston technique with minimal success. I was interested in trying ESWT and Dr Pearl came highly recommended. After only a few sessions and some proper footwear (the office carries some great options) I am very pleased with my results. My 14-year old son is an around the year athlete in hockey and baseball and had been struggling with foot pain for some time. We tried all the methods for plantar fasciitis with no avail. Dr. Pearl was able to quickly diagnose the pain source, provide meaningful and effective options to reduce the current pressure points and develop on a long-term strategy. I really like how Dr. Pearl experience in sports medicine helped me find a solution to this.
