OMG.I had the best consultation with Dr. Izzo. He explained everything in detail to me. Never experienced that with any doctor. No rushing with Dr. Izzo: I was hoping to qualify for Lasik, but after a thorough examination, I did not. I need cataract surgery. An assistant escorted me to a private room which you watch a video pertaining to cataract surgery and your options. This was over the top for me. The entire staff is so professional and jovial, even under the bustle and hustle. This will definitely be my place for eyecare. KUDOS to the entire team!

Once you are in the office and/or seen by a doctor you get wonderful treatment from very knowledgeable staff. However, their communication to patients tends to lack. After calling to request contacts I was told that I had a balance that was over a year old. I have never once been called or sent any type of mail that indicated this issue. When speaking with the individual on the phone about the situation she was very short and rude. Usually I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this place but the staff can sometimes be rude on the phone.
