Symptoms of current eye problems (flashes of light, difficulty seeing at night, temporary double vision, loss of vision, etc.). Your general health condition (if you have any allergies, chronic health problems, operations, etc.). Method of payment for copays and other charges due on the day of service (we accept cash, checks, VISA, Mastercard, Discover and American Express). Your eyes will likely be dilated at your visit. Dilation drops cause your pupils to widen, permitting a broader view of the back of your eye.

We are happy to reserve appointments for optometrist and medical doctor referred patients to ensure these patients are seen as quickly as possible. The doctors of Berks Eye Physicians and Surgeons are also happy to communicate with referring providers to make sure you know our findings and treatment plan for your patient.
