I went for an ultrasound. My appointment was met by the receptionist very swiftly. She friendly and accommodating as she anticipated my need to go to the bathroom prior to my ultrasound. I wish i got the name of my ultrasound tech as she was just wonderful! She was professional, easy going & understanding. I was a bit nervous in the beginning but in the end everything went smooth.

I did a mistake getting appointment there instead of the imageriy next to them where I was used to go. They are working like 20 year ago. No site to see the report of tge ct- scan and the images. Theystill work by fax! I asked to receive the report by mail, never got that report.

Service well done and very professional, I had an appoint with Arcadia MRI and IMAGING Center. I was greeted at the Office by Julie, who was very professional and patient. She took all my information and took me to the waiting. I was there about 5 minutes then technician came in and introduced herself to Me. She told me her name was Faye. She explain what she was going to do and she did the Ultrasound on me. She very professional. Thank you again for a service well done.

Pleasantly surprised! Came in late to as company for a CT scan and still was received warmly. Everything was quick and smooth, the waiting room inside has free coffee. Would definitely come back!

The front office staff are friendly and helpful. The MRI staff are friendly but it would be more helpful to have the procedure explained a little more clearly by them. Didn't have to wait longer than 10 minutes in the waiting room.
