Dr Coco had me in tears as I was leaving because he is telling me I am fine to work at my computer job, when my eye is in so much pain and twitching for seven days now. It felt like he thinks he can decide for you how you are feeling. My appointment was at 1:30pm, and the assistant told me after having my eyes dilated my vision would be blurry for 2-4 hours. Yet Dr Coco is telling me I can go back to work for the afternoon. My vision is so blurry right now. Very in-compassionate feeling. The assistant that works there is great.

Couldn't call them to find directions for my grandmother called 10-15 times. How they remain in business is beyond me. False address.

DO NOT GO HERE! My eye appointment took over 2 hours to get through! There is also nothing online that tells you that this is a VERY Christian office. there is an entire wall dedicated to "missionary" work, crosses decorating the walls, and a Bible on every available surface. I continually listened to them misgender me as they entered my information, occasionally pulling their masks down to speak directly to me.
Do NOT go here if you are uncomfortable around Christian imagery/ the celebration of modern-day colonialism. They also were not able to "find" my insurance benefits and did not tell me until I walked in that I needed my step father's ssn and birthday in order to use my insurance. which is not exactly readily available information. I ended up waiting an extra HOUR for my appointment. There was another person here that was also unable to use their insurance.
There was someone who had to leave their appointment because they had been waiting for the doctor so long that they were late for work. And there was an older woman who they claimed they tried to call to cancel her appointment. She ended up leaving as well. It doesn't seem like the workers know what they're doing.

I reached out to this practice to make an appointment. The scheduler was beyond rude and coy. She also refused to make an appointment because I did not have my insurance group number information even though I provided her with the federal OPM number. I ask, is this how far medical care has come?
