Went to get a simple lens change and got told I can't do it right now it would take a day to get done when it's only take 10 minutes at most and the lenses I had where previously in the glasses so I don't know how that take a day or any where near and it's only terrible service or it might something deeper

I recently called to get my Glasses Prescription sent over to my email the person on the phone was difficult and quick with me, never asked my name or birthday. After telling the employee my email I was sent of a different patients personal information along with address, Phone number and eye prescription. Being a patient since 3 years old and haven't received good service since I turned 18. I went up the the business to get the right prescription for my eyes and then tell them I received a different patients information Violating Hyppa. And they laughed and said "sorry about "that with little compassion and printed off my information after. Horrible experience and very disappointing
