I'd give a full 5 stars, but unfortunately we've had a lot of problems with both the Columbia and Olney offices lately. Karen at the Annapolis office is our hero. We've had to navigate multiple scheduling issues, referral problems, and more, and she's always there to fix things when they go wrong.

Dr. Rosenbloom at Gastro Center has been a literal life saver. He goes out of his way to make sure I feel seen, heard and cared for. My first GI dismissed all of my symptoms and put me on unnecessary meds, whereas Dr. Rosenbloom has taken the time to diagnose me properly and determine a long term care plan.

Dr. Rai and his care team are excellent. They are thorough, not quick to dismiss problems. They actually helped identify a condition that I have had since childhood but no other doctors were thorough enough to chase it down. You are in good hands with Dr. Rai!

The biggest problems here are that: 1. The online patient portal has NOTHING. Literally no test results or history of present illness or visit summaries are uploaded. The website is only there to ask for refills of prescriptions. 2. Related to the first point, if you miss their calls, you will forever play phone tag to get your results over the phone or get answers to your questions from the prescriber. This practice is WAY too busy for it's own good. Profit > Care.

To start, I was very delighted when Dr. Prakash apologize for being late. Doctors don't do that in my experience. She listened to all my concerns and provided me her treatment plans. I was very happy to speak with Dr. Prakash because she provided more answers to my problems than my primary care doctor. I look forward to working with her on my treatment plans.
