Services
Electroencephalogram (EEG)
Our EEG service records electrical activity in the brain to diagnose epilepsy, seizures, and sleep disorders. This non-invasive test helps identify abnormal brainwave patterns, guiding targeted treatment plans. Patients benefit from accurate diagnostics and personalized follow-up care.
Electromyogram (EMG)
EMG measures muscle and nerve function to diagnose conditions like carpal tunnel syndrome and ALS. Our specialists perform these tests with precision, ensuring accurate diagnoses that inform effective treatment strategies. Patients receive clear explanations and tailored therapeutic recommendations.
Botox Therapy
We administer Botox injections to treat chronic migraines and muscle spasticity. This minimally invasive procedure reduces headache frequency and improves mobility for patients with neurological conditions. Our providers customize treatment plans for optimal results and comfort.
Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI)
Our on-site MRI services provide detailed images of the brain, spine, and musculoskeletal system. This advanced imaging helps detect tumors, multiple sclerosis, and structural abnormalities. Patients benefit from quick scheduling and expert interpretation by our neurologists.
Physical Therapy
Our physical therapy services address mobility issues from neurological conditions like stroke or cerebral palsy. Customized exercise programs improve strength, balance, and independence. Patients work with experienced therapists in a supportive environment focused on functional recovery.

If I could rate this any lower, I would. I was scheduled for an MRI on a Friday, and when I arrived they informed me that my test had been cancelled on THAT MONDAY. Nobody bothered to call me and let me know at ANY point that week, and it was a 45 minute drive from my house. Would not recommend for testing.

I would give zero stars if I could. I called to make an appointment and Brittany said the phone connection was cutting in and out. I moved to another room and asked if she could hear me. She said she could hear me better so I proceeded to talk. However, she abruptly cut me off and said that I have to call back when I have a better connection and CLICK. She hung up on me! This is her job - to be the voice of Associates in Neurology.

Her responsibility is to interact with people day in and day out. If she cannot handle talking to people and refrain from being so rude, then a customer-facing job is not the right fit! And if this is any indication of the care I would receive, then I don't want to be a patient at Associates of Neurology!

Dr. Bruce Silverman has impressed me with his willingness to listen and actually do work to find out answers to my complicated health history. Sounds basic enough, but too many doctors have not made me feel like they are willing to put in the effort like he has. Dr. Silverman and his staff have also helped refer me/schedule in to see other physicians when otherwise I'd have to wait months to get in. He has also been able to keep up with my appointments during the pandemic through telemedicine and in person appointments when needed.

Had to take my Son here for an MRI. Easy to schedule, Quick appointment, Friendly staff and Collon, the MRI tech was very accommodating to my son that was nervous.

It is understandable why this office gets so many poor reviews. It is not the office as a whole. It is just the moral incompetence of a few individuals that give this office a bad rep. I have been a patient of Dr. Mark Silverman for over 30 years. I still continually get a hard time when I call to get prescriptions refilled or to make appointments. Always waiting on hold. Sit in the waiting room for 1 1/2 hours to see the doctor for 3 minutes.

Dr. K is the worst doctor no compassion for any of his patients. Even his staff said he doesn't treat his patients with any sympathy. It's awful. Doctors like him don't deserve to practice medicine. Had appt today I had written down the wrong time I advised him I would be 15 min late he said I can't be seen again till after the first of the year. The girls said they were willing to put me in the schedule for tomorrow but he would not allow it. No now I have to find another because I can't wait that long. He can't call himself doctor he's a joke. You don't treat people this way.

Came into the office because I suffer from migraines, the staff was nice and understanding. I had an MRI done here in the office which I thought was helpful for myself. Everyone that I came into contact with had a great attitude and understanding of my symptoms and a true caring to make me feel comfortable while I was here.
