Your appointment time will be reserved specifically for you. We request 24-hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment. We are aware that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment. After missing your second appointment without notifying us 24 hours in advance, you are subject to being charged an additional fee.

Visit the Florida Eye Patient Billing Portal to better understand your medical bill, to see what you still owe, and to make a payment. As a benefit to our patients, Florida Eye Microsurgical Institute offers financing with the CareCredit card. We offer interest-free* (if paid within the promotional period) financing for all of our services, with repayment periods of up to 6, 12, or 18 months depending on the amount financed. There are no finance fees, application fees, nor hidden costs.
