Dr. Slack received his undergraduate degree from the University of Miami and was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa. He received his medical degree from Tufts University School of Medicine with honors (Alpha Omega Alpha selection), and subsequently completed his Otolaryngology/Head and Neck Surgery Residency at the University of Colorado where he served as the resident selectee for the Risk Management Board for the University of Colorado Hospital Healthcare System.

Dr. Phillips obtained his Medical Degree from the Indiana University School of Medicine in 1990 and did a two-year General Surgery post graduate training program at the Methodist Hospital, followed by completion of his Residency in Otolaryngology at Indiana University Medical Center in 1995. Dr. Phillips obtained Certification by the American Board of Otolaryngology in 1996.

Jessica Borges, Audiology Assistant, graduated from Nova Southeastern University Audiology Assistant Program in 2017. This program is nationally recognized as the best Audiology Assistant training program in the country. She completed her fellowship here at Associated Coastal ENT in 2017. Although Jessica is the newest addition to the Audiology Department, she has been a valued employee for 8 years, working as a patient care coordinator prior to making the jump into hearing healthcare.A local, Jessica graduated from St. Lucie West Centennial High School and shortly after she came to work at our practice.
