Clean and diverse Medical center and Dr. Desai is the Best Doctor ever, great staff, very professional and polite from the front desk, nurses, assistant, laboratory technician to the medical records department. Dr Desai has been my Primary Dr since 2018 and very accessible. Many occasions on serious medical issues, the office had called outside specialists being referred to, ensuring urgent availability of appointments dates. I recommend Desai Medical center.

Very complicated onboarding process. A packet of about 20 pages has to be completed. The website states to fax the paperwork to their office. It cost me $40 to fax paperwork. After completing and faxing paperwork per instructions I waited 3 weeks and received no call, when I call them its always answering machine. I called and spoke with someone at the front desk who says they have no fax machine and never received it.
They had no record of me. I mentioned to him that instructions on paperwork and website need to be updated, didn't seem to matter. Please update your website & paperwork so others do not go through this difficulty and delay in their healthcare. I will be calling my health insurance and changing PC. Very frustrating, waste of time, no customer service, front desk person was short with me and hung up, complicated process, not client oriented.

No time management. Been seeing this doctor for last 5 years and never once they saw me on my appointment time. If your appointment is at 11am you will not be seen before 1 pm, and that's not just one time thing, it's a normal practice here. care is okay but I absolutely hate their time management.

I have been a patient for 3 years and find the staff and Doctor Kartik Desai very professional and caring. The only complaint I have is a human never answers the phone and refilling prescriptions by phone is slow.

Dr. Desai is a very considerate physician. Clean office and low wait time. Dr. Desai and his friendly staff take time to go through your medical history and suggest you the best treatment forward. Excellent follow-up system.
