In addition to treating a wide range of medical conditions from coronary heart disease to hypertension - we also offer other services to provide the best quality care for our patients. All referral requests require an Office Visit with Dr. Desai. Most insurances do not allow referrals to be processed retrospectively, so it is the responsibiltiy of the patient to obtain a referral prior to seeking any specialy care. We do not guarantee same-day referrals and are not responsible for any rescheduled specialty appointments or financial liabilities that may incur.

As a new patient, your first few visits are important because they establish a vital foundation for our relationship with you. At Desai Medical Center, our goal is to provide the best care possible by properly analyzing all available health related information as listed for evidence-based care. To ensure this quality care, all new patients are scheduled according to a 3-Phase New Patient Appointment Model.

Desai Medcal Center offers a Portal and Mobile App for their Patient Portal through their Electronic Health Records (EHR) system, MedicsCloud. With a patient portal account, you can connect with your healthcare provider and have access to your personal health information in a secure online environment, 24-hours a day.
