Health west has bizarre protocols that make it hard for the providers to provide you with the best care. They are always making me jump through hoops to get my basic prescriptions that I have taken every day for most of my life (albuterol). The providers I have seen were great but they are no longer there because of ridiculous health west protocols. I can't wait to switch to an office that cares about the patient and not just getting an encounter to bill to insurance.

I would give 10 Stars if it was an option. they saved my life. Trista, Terrie Heather, and dr Lewis. are the most amazing Dr's office I've ever been to. thank you for making me feel comfortable and helping me through the toughest part of my life. you guys guys will forever be in my heart.

Wow! I went there to see if I can get a Covid test really they would not see me due to having two patients in the back and they will close in a 1/2 hr. Then put the flipping close sign if you don't want to see patients. Went to another place and yep I got the test immediately

I do NOT recommended this clinic or its providers I had 10 appts there & was only seen for 4 of those. You can tell by all my cancelled appointments that they did NOT value my time. The PA Kelly and her nurse Kami are absolutely horrible to work with. Rhonda the PA in walk in quick help was completely useless and unhelpful. She did nothing for me & gave me no advice. A literal waste of time. Don't go to health West unless you want to die. I will be filing formal complaints. Called the number in the response. Left a formal complaint that was a waste of time too. I really think the overall review average can speak for itself.

Talk about incompetence. If I could give this place a 0 I would. I've tried to get a prescription refilled and all they've done is sit on their hands. It's always ridiculous trying to get them to do anything. Luckily we will be switching healthcare providers since Brandi has misdiagnosed my family multiple times. Don't go here ever. It's not worth the headache. I would drive to the Heath west clinic in Soda Springs if it meant avoiding the one in Chubbuck.
