We require proper mask covering nose and mouth for all employees and patients to reduce the risk of viral transmission to other at-risk patients. Dr. Bollenbacher received his Doctorate of Optometry from the University of Houston College of Optometry. Dr. Bollenbacher has extensive experience in refractive surgery, and is the lead refractive surgery consultant for Insight Lasik in Boulder, CO. Since 1996, he has provided surgical comanagement for patients requiring cataract, glaucoma, and retinal surgeries.
