I love everything about this place. Besides being very professional, they are also welcoming, kind, and the place is clean. The last part is very important to me, because I have always been a germaphobe. They go above and beyond to make me feel comfortable (thanks Jonathan!). The doctors and Physician Associates know their craft. They answered all the questions I had, explained the process, and the results are great. I highly recommended this place. It's not everywhere you get this kind of top notch service.

After decades of dermatology treatments from multiple dermatologists, this group gets it right. They are experts in skin of color. Dr Heather Woolery-Lloyd is a stellar physician. She is personable, and moreover an encyclopedia of knowledge on skin. Physician Assistant, Paula Purpera, PA-C, is a perfect match with great energy, constant encouragement and overall skin knowledge as well. This is indeed a dynamic duo.
It's so refreshing to see clinicians who remain plugged into research, understanding pharmaceutical/cosmetic brands, and willing to take the time to articulate it in a way that their patients can understand and feel empowered. I paid out of pocket, but the results were worth the thousands that I've spent in creams snd treatments. They found a way for my prescriptions in my regimen to work along with cosmetic brands. It wasn't expensive either. Within days, I saw the change and they work.

Dr. Baumann is highly educated in her field. During her sit down /consult she will listen to you and go over what will be done and what to expect. It's been my second time seeing her and again, I am happy with my results & will be back.
