Casa Colina is a non-profit, freestanding, community-governed organization based in Pomona, California. With incredible support from our community, we have been privileged to bring the benefits of rehabilitation to tens of thousands of people since our first patient in 1938. In the decades that followed, we continued to expand our care to include a state-of-the-art hospital that offers acute rehabilitation and medical-surgical care, as well as a broad range of outpatient services that includes specialized physician clinics, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, neuropsychology, diagnostic imaging, children's services, and even an outdoor recreation program for people with disabilities.

We offer state-of-the-art solutions to help you overcome challenges you face as a result of an injury or illness. Our Assistive Technology Center offers devices, software, and equipment to make your life easier and safer as well as more efficient and. The Casa Colina Audiology Center helps patients of all ages in the identification and measurement of hearing loss through advances procedures to evaluate ear health and function. With an unmatched continuum of specialized care, Casa Colina offers one of the most extensive brain injury medicine programs nationwide.

When our patients arrive at Casa Colina Hospital's Acute Rehabilitation Wing, they are truly ready to begin the work of recovery after an injury or illness. Quite often, they have been referred to us from other hospitals around the region, country or world.

Casa Colina's Therapeutic Recreation and Outdoor Adventures program empowers people with disabilities by creating opportunities through challenging and exciting outdoor activities. Emphasizing ability over disability, the program lets participants experience success both physically and emotionally.
