Horrible costumer service, ladys are so unprofessional, unpolite. You can call thousand times nobody is gonna answer, if tou leave voicemail nobody is gonna give you call back. So disappointed. Not recommending.

Just Awful! The first time I visited it took me 10 min to just talk to the receptionist and let them know that I have an appointment. The second time I went to pick up my glasses they were understaffed, and I ended up just picking up my glasses without fitting and adjustment. I've also been billed for a service I never requested.

I show up there based on their hours of operation on google stating 8am-5pm. I arrive at 4:30pm and am told that optical closed at 4pm and that they are actually opened from 8am-4pm. I decide to take time from my lunch at work the next day and go at 12:30pm. When I arrive there I am informed that optical takes their lunch from 12pm-1:30pm. Not sure why they did not think that would be relevant information to provide on the first time I wasted my time going there. Horrible customer service. Don't go there.
