I call to make an appointment. First I was told I had not been seen since 2001 so she had to set up a file. Gave all the information and told her my family suggested I call to be seen because she saw something in my left and should an ent right away. I told the person that so she proceeded to tell me my appointment would be the end of July. She was very unpleasant and didn't seem to want to help get me any sooner. I will never call them again.

Dr. Vander Ark and his staff are absolutely amazing, and so friendly. I feel at home when I have an appt there and they actually take the time to remember you and treat like you matter and you are not just another one for the books. My issues have been getting handled in a timely manner and looked after. Highly recommend.

They cancelled my new patient appt with than I hrs notice. I missed the call and the never left a message. They completely wasted my time trying issued resolved I have had for six months. They are out here by ground zero where Cocos testing is taking place. I didn't need to be exposed to this. Total waste of time and the receptionist had the never to have an attitude with me like I did something wrong.
