Love the doctors and the ladies up front but what is the point of making an appointment if I'm going to sit in the waiting room for over an hour and then proceed to wait in a room for almost just as long!

Constantly getting cancelled on without notice of cancellation. My first pregnancy this was a problem not going to make the same mistake. They cancelled my first prenatal and made a televisit and was even late on that. Not going here no more not making that mistake again to much of a hastle, not worst practice but not a good one.

I'm really disappointed with how they take care of the paperwork from the doctor. Especially Rossy. She is rude and no good service at all! And they tell you it takes 7-14 business days? Excuse me! I need my paperwork done asap and not have to wait more than 3 days! It doesn't take that long for paperwork to get done!
