Here's how to make an appointment with an SMH Physicians Network provider or an SMH-affiliated physician. If you are a current patient of an SMH Physicians Network doctor or nurse practitioner, login to SMH MyChart. If you would like to request an appointment as a new patient of an SMH Physicians Network doctor or nurse practitioner, call (985) 280-8484.

Whether you are a hospital patient or a patient of the SMH Physicians Network, you can pay your bill online. If you had a hospital visit or a clinic visit with an SMH Physicians Network provider, you can login to the SMH MyChart patient portal to pay your bill. If you received services such as anesthesiology, X-ray or other medical imaging, or certain lab or specialist services, you may receive a bill directly from that physician group. This is in addition to and separate from your SMH hospital bill.
